I am a self-taught artist based in Dublin. I believe strongly in the healing power of colors. I paint when my energies are in harmony, drawing from my own energy and employing color healing techniques. I always advise people to select colors for their paintings that resonate with their auras.

An Art and Healing Workshop is a space designed to harness the therapeutic benefits of art-making for emotional, psychological, and physical well-being.
1. Bespoke Breakfast or The Farm Evening Snacks (30-45 mins)
Welcome & Relaxed Start: Participants will be greeted in a calm, serene space where they will enjoy a bespoke breakfast if its Morning Retreat or else Farm Evening Snacks if coming for Evening Retreat. The atmosphere is designed to ease them into the day with delicious food, gentle conversation, and a relaxed pace.
2.Introduction, Chakra Healing Insights, and Grounding Exercise (20-30 mins)
Grounding Exercise: A calming exercise such as meditation, deep breathing, or a body scan to help everyone become present and focused after breakfast. We will focus on the chakras and vibrations awakening.
3. Art Creation (60 mins)
