ART FOR HEALING WORKSHOPS

Updated: Sep 23, 2024

I'm excited to share a technique that can enhance our healing efforts through the use of color and artistic expression.

There is no such thing as bad art. All art is a form of expression, a blend of effort, emotions, and thoughtful contemplation. When you think about it, we are all artists.

You are constantly ‘creating’ your masterpiece every single day. Cooking your daughter's favorite meal, growing beautiful plants, sharing travel stories, making someone happy with a smile, and even planning your home's smallest details—all are forms of art

Irrespective of what it is, those are all creations and expressions of how you feel at that time.

When we express ourselves – when we create something – we feel a release. The energy came to us, went through us and is now continuing on in some other form. It’s when we can’t release that energy is when a stifling or a stagnation occurs at our core. That inertia wears down our inner well being and ultimately our health. So, whether it’s visual art, spoken word, writing, music, dancing, cooking, decorating, sculpting, building and so on, whatever your preferred act of self-expression is – of creating is – please understand that it’s a vital component of who you truly are.

Colours plays an integral part of creative expression. This means, when harnessed with the right intentions, colour and artistic expression can be used in amazing ways to help amplify our inner, energetic healing powers.

What to Expect

This journey is all about using colour and artistic expression with energy healing.

We’re simply using this technique to enhance our ability to heal.

These are Interactive Self-Expression sessions, where we explore the impact of colors on our emotions, learn ancient meditation techniques, and practice mindfulness.

These are not your usual art classes; they are art-for-healing sessions designed to help you release inner blocks, overcome procrastination, and alleviate feelings of being stuck. They can assist you in navigating difficult times, reducing life or work-related stress. While these workshops can be therapeutic, they are not a form of therapy. Instead, they aim to enhance your overall well-being through creative expression.
